Blonde Brownies
Blonde Brownies are gooey chocolate chip cookies, in a bar cookie. Golden blonde, with rich butterscotch & caramel flavors. This simple recipe creates buttery, soft "blondies" that are addictively good!

- 1 Cup Butter Melted
- 2 Cups Brown Sugar Light, firmly packed
- 2 Eggs
- 2 TSP Vanilla Extract
- 2 Cups Flour
- 1 TSP Salt
- 2 Cups Chocolate Chips
Prepare a 9x13 inch baking pan with baking spray. Preheat oven to 350°F.
Melt butter and combine in a stand mixer with brown sugar. Mix until smooth and dissolved. Beat one minute.
Add in eggs and vanilla extract. Beat until light and fluffy.
Remove from stand mixer and add in flour & salt, mixing by hand until blended.
Fold in chocolate chips.
Spread into prepared baking dish and bake at 350°F for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out barely clean. Do not over-bake. Allow to cool completely.
Slice into desired size and enjoy!
