Easy Shrimp Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Cocktail Sauce
  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese at room temperature
  • 3 TBSP Horseradish Sauce
  • 12 ounces Salad Shrimp, cooked

Instructions

  • Whip the cream cheese with 2-3 tablespoons of horseradish to taste (Add even more if you like it hot!).
  • Spread cream cheese mixture into a 9x9 glass dish or 9 inch glass pie plate.
  • Drain shrimp well, press between 2 towels to remove as much moisture as possible.
  • Add cocktail sauce to shrimp and stir to coat.
  • Top cream cheese mixture with the shrimp.
  • Cover and chill.
  • Serve chilled on top of your favorite cracker or crostini.
