Ingredients

  • 2.5 Pounds Chicken Wings Split at joint and tips removed
  • Dash Salt and Pepper
  • 2 TBSP Melted Butter

Buffalo Wing Sauce

  • 5-6 TBSP Butter Melted
  • ½ Cup Frank's RedHot Sauce

Instructions

  • Toss chicken wings with salt, pepper, and 2 TBSP of melted butter in a resealable plastic bag until well coated.
  • Spray basket with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
  • Transfer to an air fryer rotating basket and air fry at 380°F for 15 minutes. Take basket out and shake well.
  • Increase temperature to 400°F. Cook for an additional 10 minutes. Until wings reach an internal temperature of 165°F.
  • While wings are cooking, melt butter and combine with Frank's RedHot, mix until combined. Using less butter will result in greater heat to the wing sauce.
  • Remove from the air fryer and toss in the prepared hot sauce and butter mixture until wings are well coated.
